New Vic Friends
We’d like you to be our friend.
We’d like to invite anyone with an interest in theatre to become a New Vic Friend and meet lots of other like-minded people, learn more about theatre, and enjoy a varied social programme.
You’ll also be supporting the theatre’s work, helping to spread the word, to raise money and to encourage others to enjoy the work of one of the country’s best and most successful theatres.
• Visits to other theatres
• Invitations to rehearsals, read-throughs and other events
• Annual party with New Vic staff
• Regular newsletter
• Lots more

On our Friends ‘to do’ list this Spring season
As New Vic Friends enters its second decade, we’ve now approaching 250 members! We’re really proud about that and hope to pass the magic number during the year. If you know any like-minded people, make sure to tell them about the Friends – or buy them a membership for Christmas. We’re gearing up for a busy few months: our November trip to see The Ladykillers in Malvern (sold out sorry) followed by the annual Twelfth Night party in January – make sure to book soon for this, it gets bigger each year.
New Year highlights include Spotlights with exArtistic Director Gwenda Hughes, with us to direct Alan Bennett’s Talking Heads; and playwright Amanda Whittington whose new play, The Thrill of Love, has been commissioned by the New Vic. Add an open rehearsal, dress rehearsals and a theatre trip (tbc) there’s plenty to do next spring. See you round at the New Vic soon.
