Certain tickets are not available online
Some tickets can only be purchased through our Box Office, these include:

Subscription packages; |

groups of ten or more; |
|
disabled concessions; |
|
tickets for wheelchair users; |
|
tickets for Sign Language Interpreted and Captioned performances; |
|
means-tested benefits concessions. |

Confirmation
An email confirming all the details of your ticket purchase will be sent to you. If you fail to receive this, please call our Box Office on 01782 717962 or email tickets@newvictheatre.org.uk.
Getting your tickets
Tickets booked online are not posted; they should be collected from our Box Office at least 15 minutes before the performance.
Changes to your booking
We are sorry that no refunds can be made.
To exchange tickets for another performance call our Box Office on 01782 717962. Any changes must be made at least three days prior to the date of the original performace. There is a fee of 50p per ticket for this service.
Credit Card Security
Our online bookings are facilitated by tickets.com and use the TicketSafe TM security system which ensures that your credit card details are protected.
Please Note: Your ticket booking will appear as Tickets.com on your bank or credit card statement.
