Tangomotion

Wednesday 3 July 2019

From virtuoso displays of traditional tango dance in stunning costumes to the exquisite sounds of 1930s and 40s Buenos Aires and the powerful Nuevo Tango music of Astor Piazzolla, Tangomotion is a breath-taking journey into the heart of Tango Argentino.

This evening will feature new choreographies created by world class-tango dancers Alexandra Wood, Guillermo Torrens, Paula Duarte and Richard Manuel, with new original music and evergreen tango classics from the acclaimed Tango Siempre quartet.

The Tangomotion dancers and musicians have previously appeared in the hit West End show Midnight Tango, BBC Strictly Come Dancing and The One Show.
