The Froncysyllte Choir Christmas Concert

Saturday 16 December 2017

They’ve appeared at the New Vic every Christmas for more than 30 years – a remarkable tradition that means as much to the Choir as it does to us. Formed in 1947 to compete at the 1947 Llangollen Eisteddfod, 2017 sees them celebrating their 70th anniversary. There is no better way to celebrate than being amongst friends, so for this special year this is their second appearance at the New Vic, having had a successful concert earlier in July.

For this evening’s concert, the choir will feature Aled Wyn Davies – a favourite soloist of the Fron making his fourth visit to the New Vic.

Approx Running Times
7.30pm – 9.30pm
Interval 8.20Pm – 8.40pm
