Rosie was previously the New Work Deputy at the Royal Exchange Theatre and delivered the 20^th anniversary cycle of the Bruntwood Prize for Playwriting. She is a trustee for Tramshed.

Rosie trained on the Royal Court Agitator programme and in the Royal Exchange Young Company.
