Please check that all booking details are correct as money cannot be refunded.

The New Vic reserves the right to make changes to the advertised cast, programme or facilities if necessary.

For certain classes of tickets proof of status may be required.

The New Vic reserves the right to refuse admission.

All sales are at the discretion of the Box Office Manager.


Unpaid reservations will be held for three working days or one hour before the performance, whichever is earliest.

Credit/debit card

Tickets booked by credit/debit cards are guaranteed sold and can be collected at any time or posted to you (£1.00 fee). Note: we can no longer accept Electron, Amex or Diners cards.

Exchanging tickets

Tickets may only be exchanged for another performance of the same production and must be made at least three days prior to the date of the original performance. A charge of 50p per ticket will be made for exchanges (service free for package buyers). All exchanges are at the discretion of the Box Office Manager.

Late admissions

Latecomers will not be admitted to the auditorium until a suitable break in the performance.

We reserve the right to seat latecomers in alternative seats, if for health and safety reasons or other circumstances it is not possible to allow patrons to reach their original allocated seating.


Productions may contain strong language and difficult content. We do our best to give accurate descriptions in our publicity material but, please check with Box Office prior to booking.
