Opening Times

Our Box Office is now open for bookings in-person and over the phone at the following times:

Monday – Saturday:

Non-show days: 10.00am – 6.00pm

Show days: 10.00am – 6.30pm for future bookings, but you’ll be able to pick tickets up for that evening’s performance until showtime at 7.30pm.

Customers can also still book online, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at newvictheatre.org.uk.

Please note: Our Box Office team are currently contacting all customers who have tickets booked for shows we are rescheduling due to the official government advice issued at this time. They will talk to you about the options available for your tickets –  you could help us by donating the cost of your ticket to our fundraising campaign, we can offer a credit note to the rescheduled performance date, or another performance of your choice, or, if you’d prefer a refund, just let us know when we call you.

In these exceptional circumstances, we want to thank all of our audiences for the support you have shown us. We hope you are all keeping safe and well at this time.

We make sure that whatever appears on our stage is amongst the best of its kind anywhere. It’s just as important that everything else we do is equally good.

People often tell us that the New Vic is one of the most comfortable, convenient and friendly theatres around; that’s why we won the Theatrical Management Association award for Most Welcoming Theatre. We aim to keep it that way.

Getting here couldn’t be easier – Junctions 15 & 16 of the M6 are only 15 minutes away and we’re just a few hundred yards from the A500.  There are bus stops right outside the theatre.

We have our own, fully staffed car park – you can be dropped at the door and, after the performance, you’re back in your car within minutes.

Our Café serves home-cooked, quality food and, wherever possible, uses locally-sourced produce and ingredients.

We do our best to make the theatre building and performances as accessible as possible.

And we have friendly ticket prices too!

If you need to know anything more, just call our Box Office:  01782 717962
