This musical duo met in the ’80s in Chicago and since then,
have had success as both individuals and as a band. This incredible musical relationship of Martin Hayes’ unique sound, mastery of the fiddle and hisinsightful interpretation of traditional Irish music teamed with Dennis Cahill’s
expert guitar playing (acknowledged as forming major breakthrough for guitar in the Irish tradition) have created an astonishing and spinetingling sound.
