Theatre credits as Director include: a staged reading of The Doris Effect, a staged reading of Alfie and War (RSC 37 Plays); An Evening with Simon Stephens (Royal Exchange Theatre); The Sobcentre (Arts House Wimbledon and The Island Bristol); Marathon (The Cockpit Theatre Online); V-Card and Trouble (The PRSC, Bristol); Lemons, Lemons, Lemons, Lemons, Lemons (Samuel Beckett Studio Theatre, Dublin); Cherry (Edinburgh Fringe Festival).

As an Assistant Director, work includes: No Pay? No Way!, Beginning, Betty! A Sort of Musical (Royal Exchange Theatre); Macbeth (Bristol Old Vic).

Polly has a Masters in Theatre Directing from Birkbeck, University of London. Previously, Polly was Resident Assistant Director at the Royal Exchange Theatre in Manchester.
