“It’s the ultimate 60s show!”
The New Vic legend that is Eric returns with his multi-talented, multi-instrumental company of actors, singers and musicians in a dead or alive tale of the Wild West. Filled with comedy and the greatest hits of the 1960s, it’s the best night out you’ll have this summer – darn tootin’!
It’s the Summer of ’69 – 1869 that is! Eric Smith and Gordon Bennett are working on a transatlantic liner and have time to see the New York sights before their return voyage. But they get caught up in a bank robbery and are mistakenly identified as the bad guys. It’s time to skedaddle! And pronto!
Heading to the Wild West and arriving in Dead End Gulch, they think they’re safe – until the secrets of the town’s inhabitants start to unravel! What can save them? Who is the mysterious old timer? Will he always hit the spittoon, or is it dangerous to sit in the front row? And how will they manage to shoehorn a load of great 1960s hits into this show? Yee-haw!
