Lauryn is an actor, writer / composer and musician. She was one of the eight people selected for the BBC Studios Writers’ Academy and was awarded a prestigious Peggy Ramsay/Film 4 Playwrights’ Scheme bursary for a year-long attachment at the Royal Exchange Theatre in 2023. Her award winning, self-penned show Bloody Elle was nominated for ‘Best Regional Production’ at WhatsOnStage award 2022, and made its West End transfer in 2024. She has literary work for both TV and theatre in development.
Lauryn trained at Rose Bruford College.
