Play in a Week: Partners in Criminal Investigation

Mon 27 Jul–Fri 31 Jul

New Vic Theatre

This summer we are inviting young people to spend a week at the New Vic Theatre to create a play-in-a-week!

There is a crime to solve and there are two detectives ready to get to work. One is a meticulous and a true professional whilst the other is an Amateur Sleuth who has a love of crime documentaries…

When these two detectives unknowingly decide to solve the same crime will they get in each other’s way or will their love of solving the impossible bring them together?

Partners in Criminal Investigation is a mystery that shows us that even the least likely of friendships can evolve when in the same place at the same time.

During the week participants will learn about the world of the play, read-through the script, be cast in the short play, rehearse with their fellow cast members, and then perform on Fri 31 July to their family and friends.

Date: Monday 27 July – Friday 31 July
Times: Monday – Thurs: 10.00am – 4.00pm
Friday: 10.00am – 6.00pm
