The Blockheads

Sat 9 May

Plus support from poet Nick Degg

One of the most iconic bands of the ‘70s take to our stage for the first time with an evening of their classic songs.

Originally led by Ian Dury, they produced hit after hit showcasing Dury’s poetic lyrics including Hit Me with your Rhythm Stick, What A Waste, Reasons to be Cheerful (Part 3), and Sex & Drugs & Rock & Roll, among many others.

With a mix of punk, jazz, funk, and reggae, The Blockheads are still one of the best British bands of all time, with a legion of fans of all ages.

A definite ‘Don’t Miss!’
