Sous Chef
Part-time, permanent role
Salary: £27,560 per annum (£13.780 pro rata based on 20 hours per week)
We are looking for a part-time Sous Chef to join our catering team. A City & Guilds 706/1/2 NVQ Level 1 and 2 or an equivalent qualification is essential for this role.
The ideal candidate will have a proven working knowledge of traditional cookery and experience of working in a busy kitchen. Using your excellent interpersonal and team working skills, you will support the Head Chef to deliver high quality food and customer experience to our audiences.
This role of offered on an annualized contract of 1040 hours per annum. The post holder is expected to work an average of 20 hours per week, with the general working pattern being two 9.00am-7.30pm shifts Mondays & Tuesdays. However, working hours will fluctuate depending on the needs of the business.

Hospitality Assistants
Annualised contract of 1040 hours per annum (based on an average of 20 hours per week)
Salary £25,396.80 per annum (£12,698.40 pro rata)
We are looking for a Hospitality Assistant to join our busy and friendly café team to provide excellent food and customer service to our audiences.
Do you have experience of working in a fast-paced café or restaurant, and providing good customer service to members of the public? Do you have the ability to work as a proactive team member in a busy environment? If so, then we want to hear from you.
Shifts will mainly be during daytime hours Monday-Saturday and are scheduled on a rota basis depending on business needs. Occasional evening work may also be required.

Sales Officers
We have two part-time contracts available – one 20 hours per week and one 30 hours per week (please state which contract you are interested in when applying).
Salaries:
£13,175 pro rata (20 hours per week)
£19,763 pro rata (30 hours per week)
The full-time equivalent is £26,350 for 40 hours per week
The successful candidates will be positive team players with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and have the ability to maintain a high level of customer care whilst working in a busy environment.
Previous administration/clerical experience of 2 years or more and experience of working in a customer-focused environment is required. You don’t have to know about Customer Relationship Management systems already, although great if you do, as full training will be given.
The Box Office is open 9.00am – 7.45pm and you will be required to work flexibly during these hours. Hours are scheduled on a rota basis and evening, weekend and some Bank Holiday working will be required. You will be expected to work at least two out of four Saturdays.
